Pretty straightforward, know the brand values, their style and competitors. Have in mind how you would style a customer and the questions you would ask them. Also know your managing style and words to describe it.

Applied online and later got a call for interview about a week after applying. Had interview with a store manager later followed by interview with district manager. Very quick and easy process. After about a week I got my answer.

Professional and fairly simple. I didn't feel like there were many curve ball questions. It helped that I had previous experience in the position in a different company. At the time, it was a helpful position to accept.
