HR interview was very short, passed some logic test and interviewed with the managers during the same day. It was a friendly meeting, but they try to use the good cop bad cop card. One was irritating the other was cute.

It started with a 30 min zoom call with the recruiter to explain my qualifications and learn more about the role. Then I had a 1 hour long interview with 2 seniors, this was split into 2 parts, 30 min behavioural and 30 min exercises.

Pretty simple interview process. 1 with HR, another with a member of the hiring team, case study + interview. Overall pretty straight forward and communicative, it wasn’t drawn out or anything.

Overall, the interview process was a great experience and very responsive. Communication was clear and timely at every stage. I was given a case study and asked to present my analysis, which allowed me to demonstrate both technical and presentation skills. The team was professional, supportive, and asked thoughtful questions, making the entire process engaging and insightful.
