2 rounds of interview. First round was written test it was an average test. Second round was with senior members of the company who were working as a Project Manager.

No CV was required. First, they required two work-related questions to be answered. If moved on you were required to complete a psychometric test. If you passed this stage you then select a time for a 20-30 minute interview.
