Le processus a pris plus d'une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Ipsos (Bangkok)
Entretien
It was good at first until I met the interviewers. They actually ruined the impressions that the HR manager had made on me.
The first step is phone screening by the HR manager. I was asked to elaborate on former role and relevant experience to the position. The HR manager was very nice, considerate, and supportive along the hiring process.
I waited for a day and got some assessments to complete within 3 hrs. There are essay writing, behavioral questions, writing summaries from the research data example, and writing e-mails (just to check your language and coordination skills).
The test went well, and I was invited to join an interview with the team manager and director. Here's where the process went disappointing. Both interviewers turn their cameras off, which I find it unprofessional and a bit rude. Then, they started to ask me a number of personal questions that were irrelevant to the position. It was quite uncomfortable at that point. But trust me, that wouldn't be all because one of the interviewers started to express some disturbing opinions, which I found unacceptable.
All in all, the HR manager has been nice as usual. As I turned down their offers, the HR manager considerately listened to my feedback and remained professional along the process, which I really appreciated.
Two stage interview. Technical and general. 3 weeks in-between. A generally good experience. A general proceeds the technical. Presentation with a team. After which you wait for a response. Okay
There were an online assessment for an hour and 1 round of interview. For fresh grad, they were asking more of education and intern background. No case answering during interview.
