Sent me a 1 hr skills test (algebra, attention to detail problems) and then a SparkHire one way interview a couple of days later. The "interview" had 6 questions in which you were given 30 seconds to prepare an answer and was overall pretty easy. Submitted it a month ago and still haven't heard back from a real person. Don't waste your time.
