The process to be part of Ipsos had 4 stages:
1. With HR
2. With Inmediate Boss
3. Test (Applied case) to test the required skills.
4. With the Leader of the department
It was very quick to have the first interview and then one and a half months later I was contacted again to continue with the other parts of the hiring process.

was quick and easy -- started with past experiences. Then they informed me of the current position and wanted to know what I will bring to the table and help contribute to the team.
