i was contacted via linked in, and we arranged the meeting. the person who called me, was late and not even saying i'm sorry. the interview was about my previous experience. They asked for my expectations, regarding salary, and after their comment i got the impression that they didn't read anything at linked in. still waiting for their offer, and the interview was a month ago.

Three or four interviews. First introduction , second a competence based interview , another with line manager and a last one with the director of the department. They asked for specific examples of specific situations.
