After submitting a CV and a cover letter I was invited to take a test, measuring Project Management knowledge and skills and a 2 hour Toefl test to measure the level of English proficiency. The PM test contained calculations of percentage, math problems an email composing question.

Long interviews, the interviewers could not explain the details of the role so it felt like they do not interview for a real position. Besides the standard questions, they wanted to ask too many personal ones unrelated to the role.

it was a good experience with organized steps for interviews, different rounds include doing an exam and general interview with managers to understand the role better is very helpful for interviewees to gain exposure of the company as a whole
