      Entretien

After phone interview, they asked me to do homework on automation which I hardly got 3 hours as it was given on week days. On the day of interview, I have mentioned that I did basic thing to have runnable demo successfully and I want to show my ideas at the end what I can do more robust and better way on framework if I have given more time. When I am presenting and walking through my code, 5 interviewers who are in that room did not let me finish my presentation and they interrupted me why I did not do according to their expectation and I told them that I will be going to mention those ideas at the end. 3 interviewers showed interest and they are able to understand , but one of the development manager who is in that room is not in friendly talking and does not have friendly behavior which seems like she does not like to hire me though I am good at automation. Two people(one of them who is not showing interest on me) in the room going out and in which shows that they are not interested in understanding which really disturbed me a lot. I am not sure if people cannot make it for interview to stay , why they commit for interview. How they have rights to give feedback if they are not there in the room most of the time? Intuit is very good at taking feedback from interviewers, it will be great if they take out the unfriendly and badly behaved people from interview panel. Also, the requirements that I was asked to do home work is different from what they asked in presentation. I was asked to present functionality of scenario as a homework and they have asked about architecture during presentation. It would have been great if they clearly mention about the requirements or ask questions accordingly based on what they have asked to do homework.
