Via Recruiter reaching out to ask a candidate to solve OA. ***Stay away if you can. Recruiting and the whole team are true mess here. Interview 1. OA 2. Karat Interview - go over your answer to OA and work on one or two other problems. 3. Behavioral with HR 4. Final with 2 engineers - present a project you've worked on and a technical OOP portion. Recruiter who reached out for OA ghosted me -> 2 weeks later they want to do Karat Coding test -> ghosted me for 2-3 weeks -> Set up for final interview but so many typos from HR person. He did not know if this position was internship or new grad. The final round turned into another behavior round with HR -> After one week -> final had interview with 2 engineers. but they set up another candidate at the same time and end up kicking another person. This was so unprofessional. No apology came from the HR who set this up. They also gave me two 1 year-engineers who are not even good at explaining the question and set my name as he could not pronounce by himself. Afterall they ghosted me for a month now but it was better I got a better offer in a better company. ***Stay Away if you do not want to waste your time.

Horrible. They ask random CS stuff. Discriminate on basis of department and gender. Would not recommend. First round is ds algo, second round is cs fundamentals. They first rejected me on campus as I'm not in CS then pursued me off campus.

Was contacted by a recruiter who I met at the Lesbian Who Tech career fair in SF. Process started with a coding challenge, this was followed by a video interview via Karat where I was asked to solve two more coding problems. Then a 90 minute video interview with 2 engineers where I was asked questions related to past projects, internships, general cs questions, and another coding problem to solve. Finally a culture fit interview with a team manager. All in all the process was pretty smooth. Coding questions range from medium to hard difficulty level, but if you've done enough leetcode, this is one of the easier interview processes to crack. One great thing was that unlike other companies they don't seem to care if you get the perfect solution or not. I wasn't able to solve one problem entirely but still got an offer, maybe because I explained my approach and thought process nicely.
