No transparency through the process and respect of the time of the candidate. A very lengthy process requiring the candidate to spend several hours and work on a real business challenge for the company. The panel was surprisingly quite "green" in terms of overall knowledge and asking very basic marketing questions through the presentation. Post-interview feedback was outlining just positive aspects and not explaining why they felt it was not a fit. They offered to be considered for a different position due to the positive impression but asking to go through the whole process again from scratch.
