It was a very long process- almost 4 hours long. I had to prepare a PowerPoint and give a detailed presentation on myself, past work etc. It felt like I was applying to a CEO position, but I understand they want to look for the best.

I was referred by a friend for this position. I got passed the screening into the first interview with the hiring manager. I was then put on hold for a week and a half before receiving news that I would be moved on to the next process of the interview (which would be a panel style.) They later sent me an email stating the Design team has decided not to fill this position. I wasted roughly 2 months and took off hours from my job for the interview only to be met with "We're also hiring for other positions, try for them, maybe."
