Cant think of a better interview experience anywhere else!
I was referred to Intuit by a friend and was contacted by the recruiter within a couple of days.
The recruiter sounded very helpful and walked me through the process. First 2 rounds were video calls with behavioral/past experience related questions.
I was then contacted by the recruiter to schedule an onsite round and sent some documentation on how the onsite interview will be conducted. Due to some personal reasons I had to reschedule the onsite round a few times and the recruiter was extremely helpful and understanding. He showed great compassion in understanding my situation and worked with me through the process of rescheduling.
The icing on the cake was when he called me to wish me best of luck on the day of the interview.
The onsite interview was a very well executed process with Craft demo as the first round and then 3 face to face interviews consisting of questions about situations you would encounter at Intuit for the role and also my past experiences. I loved that it was conducted more on the lines of actual work situations with white-boarding etc instead of just a question/answer session.
The response was pretty quick as well. Got a call from the recruiter next day that I did well and can expect an offer shortly.
Overall, I really enjoyed the process. The entire team made efforts to make the experience very friendly and stress free. Kudos to everyone!

I was approached by Intuit’s HR team for a Staff TPM role , and I was initially excited about the opportunity. The process started with an HR screening, followed by a hiring manager round, and then I was invited for a full-loop interview, which included a case study.
Interview Experience:
The case study round was quite structured but felt disconnected from real-world TPM responsibilities, making it difficult to navigate. Coming from Amazon, I had lost touch with case-study-style problem-solving, which impacted my performance.
The hiring manager was professional, engaging, and open to discussion, which made that part of the process insightful. However, during the full-loop interviews, the team’s approach felt more like an evaluation rather than an interactive discussion, making the process mechanical rather than collaborative.
While the hiring process was well-organized, the interviewers seemed overly rigid in assessing "one right approach" rather than valuing diverse problem-solving methods.

Recruiter got in touch and scheduled the first round. This was rescheduled due to unavailable panel. The interview was kind of awkward (unless that is the style adopted). No introductions, lot of interjections and interruptions. An average interview. Recruiter calls after a week of radio silence to schedule second discussion. Again first one gets rescheduled because panel was not available. The panel did not show up in the next slot. No news after the that. For a company talking about values of customer and employee delight this experience does not instill a lot of confidence.
