Preliminary interview to see if you have the same goals and equipment necessary for the position. Wireless internet, land line etc. Must have fiber internet and land line.
1 round interview on hirevue. it was pretty easy. basic tax questions. bot interview. wasn't too dificult. about 10 questions, and you are able to retake the video for each question once.

Interview was multiple questions through video recording. Was given a short amount of time to read the question then answer. Questions were tax related to current laws. The process is very sterile and fast paced.
