I was totally ghosted after my interview. After speaking with the recruiter, she set up the formal interview with the hiring manager on the Benefits team. The hiring manager was 20 minutes late. And her reason was because she "didn't see her calendar notification". The interview overall wasn't difficult. But a week after, I sent a follow-up email to the recruiter... Silence... No response, nothing. I thought I at least deserved an update especially since I was patient enough to wait for the late manager.
