Like many others have mentioned, the process was extremely stressful—especially considering this is not a FAANG company or FAANG-level salary. From the start, the HR team was very disorganized. I lost count of how many times I had to follow up just to confirm a time slot. The interview itself had way too many steps: LeetCode-style questions, AI-related questions, implementing a project they provided, a portfolio presentation, unit testing, behavioral rounds, and then more AI questions. I understand companies want to hire the best candidates, but this process felt unnecessarily complicated and drawn out. After completing all of this, I reached out to the recruiter asking for feedback on what I could improve and never heard back. Honestly, I don’t think this is a company worth investing your time in.ur time with.
