The interview was conducted in a very friendly and lively atmosphere which makes you feel comfortable. You can feel the good culture in the company from the interview and from the way the interviewers interacted with each other. It was an one hour interview with a lot of P&C questions so you really need to prepare for it.

The process consisted of 6 rounds, namely resume screening, questionnaire, telephonic interview, pricing case study round, Technical interview and HR interview. While most of the other rounds are typically found in a normal actuarial hiring process, the pricing case study round alone is something that is unique to RSA
