I am shocked at how Insight Global treats potential candidates. I rarely experience this level of unprofessionalism. Hopefully my experience helps other job seekers. I applied for a position through Insight Global at my former company, and was contacted immediately - based on my experience I was a match for the position. The phone screening went well and showed that there was interest in moving me to an interview. I was then asked a follow up question by the recruiter via email on my skills but was ghosted after that. Got a LinkedIn generic rejection a few days later. Treating people as disposable commodities and not human beings - while standard in today’s job market - is not a great business practice when you are in the recruiting game. If they were smart they would not want to burn bridges. I will avoid any jobs being offered by this company in the future as they clearly don’t understand what they are doing.
