J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Insight Global (Stamford, CT) en juill. 2015

I was contacted by the Philadelphia office. I spoke with the recruiter in PA over the phone about three times before I was set up with an interview in Stamford. I was interviewed by two employees. The interview was very short. (Lasted about twenty-five minutes) As instructed, I contacted the recruiter in PA immediately after the interview and was told they would be in touch within a week or so. After about four days, I received an email stating that I wasn't what they were looking for at the time. I used this website to prepare for the interview, and was expecting to be asked all of the questions that I found here. However, I wasn't asked really anything about my previous experience or any of the common interview questions. They basically had me run the interview. If you choose to interview with Insight Global, be prepared to ask them questions.

Smooth phone screening process. I felt like my answers were adequately answered and I am interested to learn more. I am hesitant as the position does seem like it may be too good to be true.

Small talk is the most importantly part of the interview process. They hire soley for personality and drive so if you show you can be natural with conversation that sets you apart.
