Two phone interviews, one in person interview and job offer the same day. It was a pretty easy process. I talked to my recruiter about a the job and she forwarded my information to the account manager. Account manager interviewed me over the phone and then set up an in-person interview with the company. Account manager was there to walk me in and the whole interview process went very smoothly.

I am writing to describe a concerning interaction during the recruitment process with Isabella from Insight Global. Despite following explicit instructions to submit my resume by a deadline for a scheduled phone interview and ensuring my availability, the interview was missed by the recruiter. It required my proactive follow-up days later to receive a response, which cited an unsent draft email as the reason for the silence. Critically, during this exchange, Isabella inaccurately stated I had no security clearance. This is false – I possess an active Top Secret clearance. While my SCI eligibility may need updating, the base TS clearance is current. Such fundamental errors regarding qualifications, coupled with failures in basic scheduling and communication, raise serious questions about professionalism and the recruiter's understanding of processes vital to the roles they recruit for. These actions negatively impact candidates who invest time and effort based on the recruiter's representations.
