It was through the phone, the recruiter was very nice and explained everything well. The recruiter communicated well their requirements and asked for mine. The process was very easy, you basically talk to the recruited and exchanged information about the job and yourself as a candidate.

Unprofessional! Recruiter didn't want to turn on her camera during the interview. I didn't take it serious and shut down the interview before it began. Always remember your time needs to be respected.

Normal interview process. Screening, then moved on to two additional interviews. However, poor communication and constantly rescheduling last minute by the recruiters or lack of communication . Then no follow once I had the final interview. I had to check-in and they chose another candidate.
