The project manager was on time initiating the call. Project manager conducted herself very professional through out the interview process. She made a decision within the next couple of hours after the interview

The first step in the process was the recruiter call which lasted about 15 minutes, then had the hiring manager call, then negotiated back through the recruiter for next steps and feedback.
