J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 5 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Insight Global (Stillwater, OK) en mars 2014
Entretien
I applied for the position through my university's hiring system. Within a few days I received a phone call from the company's recruiter. We scheduled an on-campus interview. The interview went well I thought. It was VERY casual conversation and he even asked about the bar life in my college town. The interview seemed more like a sales pitch on the company instead of getting to know the candidate for the position; so I don't believe he really got to know me or got to see if I was properly qualified for the position. It seemed like they were just looking for someone who was interested in fun and partying and not much focused on work.

Question 1
Absolutely no questions except "Do you have any questions for me about the company?"
I was messaged by a recruiter on linkedin and had a phone call with her, and then was set up with a first round interview with one of the sales managers for the office I applied for. In this interview I found the questions asked to be very strangely worded for it to be a sales job.

The interview process was long, it consisted of a lot of phone calls with the recruiter prepping you for the interviews. The in person interview felt very calculated and fake. Although I’m sure the managers meant well you could tell they were very judgmental. I’ve also heard awful things about this company so I think it was a blessing. Good luck though!

Began with a 15 minute warmer call with a recruiter to then schedule a 45 minute call with the recruiter, then either an in-person or online interview with hiring manager, and then last interview with manager.
