Disorganized interview process and complete lack of communication. I was contacted by an Insight Global recruiter via WhatsApp, asking for my availability for an interview on the same day and again the following morning. I completed the initial steps, received positive feedback, and was told I would be moving forward to the next stages. After that, communication started to fade. The recruiter took longer and longer to reply until they eventually stopped responding entirely. It’s been months without any follow-up or closure. Overall, it was a frustrating and unprofessional experience, especially after being pushed to move quickly through the early stages.

1 phone call screening. 2 zoom screening interviews; one with hiring manager. Then one onsite interview with a on the spot timed case studies, 3-4 senarios. Behavior and problem solving. 2 of 3 managers did not attend in person.

I first Interviewed with recruiter. Then I Interviewed with Account Manager. Lastly, I Interviewed with the hiring manager via video conference. She asked technical industry questions along with my work history. I was later offered the position. Contracting positions can have easier interview paths.
