I submitted my resume online with my campus recruitment center and within a few days I recieved a phone calls from one of the recruiters. We spoke for a while and he suggested an on-campus interview. I accepted the request and met with one of the head managers of the DC (Arlington) office. She was 15 minutes late for the appointment, however was very apologetic and we had a great conversation. I followed up with emails to both her and the recruiter and didn't get any response for about a week. Next, the recruiter called me back up and said that he would like me to come for an onsite interview. Upon my arrival it seemed that they were a bit disorganized. The recruiter met with me for a while and it seemed like he was trying to kill time. Eventually a manager met with me and we had a forty-five minute conversation about my background and his, because the recruiter told me to get to know the individuals. After speaking with him another manager came in and realized I wasn't the candidate she was supposed to meet with, but spoke with me anyway. After a twenty minute conversation, she wrapped things up and I sat their waiting for another manager for quite some time. Eventually the recruiter came in and apologized that they were really busy and finished up the interview. The next day I was called and he said that they filled all their positions, however they are still recruiting on campus, so I doubt that.

Small talk is the most importantly part of the interview process. They hire soley for personality and drive so if you show you can be natural with conversation that sets you apart.

The interview process was like any other interview process with a recruiter. I ended up backing out, but it seems like they want people who are excited about the company and the role.
