If you're looking for a smooth process, where the interactions and interview are seamless, this probably isn't the process for you. It's a herky jerky ride that doesn't end when you want it to, and finishes with a few humble boasts. The recruiters and people who work at IG are kind enough, but they are slow slow slow. While in the interview, the company as a whole appeared very work hard/play hard. In fact that was stated to me about 5 times. If you don't drink, or don't enjoy drinking 5 days a week after work to try and impress potential clients, this might not be the best fit for you. The mentality in the office seems to be that of a recent college graduate that still hasn't quite left the fraternity.

I was messaged by a recruiter on linkedin and had a phone call with her, and then was set up with a first round interview with one of the sales managers for the office I applied for. In this interview I found the questions asked to be very strangely worded for it to be a sales job.
