Left me in a room for 10 minutes alone. First interviewer talked over/interrupted me + kept checking her watch. She left me in a room alone for 10 more minutes. Next interviewer tried to intimidate me and told me I had no backbone.

Small talk is the most importantly part of the interview process. They hire soley for personality and drive so if you show you can be natural with conversation that sets you apart.

easy just have to know how to small talk. they look for depth in your answers and how you can push yourself to be better. they just want to see that you can drive the conversation and be curious about the positon. no experience necesarry.. easy but tbh toxic work env iroment
