Initial phone screen, interview with a few people at IG in the office, lunch with directors with more conversations with employees afterwards (very conversational). If you have rushed for a sorority, it is a lot like that! They dig into you as a person not an employee - although they do touch on this. You have to come in, dress processional, be professional yet show your fun/outgoing personality because this is what they look for. Be TALKATIVE and carry on the conversations yourself.

Small talk is the most importantly part of the interview process. They hire soley for personality and drive so if you show you can be natural with conversation that sets you apart.

easy just have to know how to small talk. they look for depth in your answers and how you can push yourself to be better. they just want to see that you can drive the conversation and be curious about the positon. no experience necesarry.. easy but tbh toxic work env iroment

The interview process was like any other interview process with a recruiter. I ended up backing out, but it seems like they want people who are excited about the company and the role.
