Start out with a phone call to just get to know you. Then move onto an in person interview in a casual setting where you get to meet account managers and meet other recruiters.

This is easily the worst company I have ever interviewed with. Recruiters will ghost you, not read your resume, or dump you in a heartbeat. Most of them can’t even bother to give you a follow up.

Quick, basic questions relating to the job, or what they thought was going to be on the job. They would ask how comfortable you are with the environment they thought you were going to be in. They were very respectful and listened when you asked a question or had any concerns and did their best to get back to you with anything you wanted to know that they could tell you.
