the interview process was great! It is a very personal experience where you meet with numerous members of the team as well directly meeting with members of leadership. You feel like you are actually able to get a good idea of the type of people you would be working with when you start the interview process at IG. The recruiters are the first step that sets them apart from most companies. When I spoke with my recruiter on the very first phone call, I knew that was a company I wanted to work for.

Small talk is the most importantly part of the interview process. They hire soley for personality and drive so if you show you can be natural with conversation that sets you apart.

easy just have to know how to small talk. they look for depth in your answers and how you can push yourself to be better. they just want to see that you can drive the conversation and be curious about the positon. no experience necesarry.. easy but tbh toxic work env iroment

The interview process was like any other interview process with a recruiter. I ended up backing out, but it seems like they want people who are excited about the company and the role.
