Entretien
I was contacted on linkedin and set up a phone interview. Then we set up an in person interview. I was told by the recruiter I would be interviewed by 3-4 people who work in the local office, get a tour of the office, and to expect to be there for 30-45 minutes. I only met one person, left after 15 minutes, and did not get a tour of the office. I'm not sure if they didn't like me or if there was miscommunication but either way it was rather unprofessional.

Question 1
Describe yourself in 3 words, why sales, how do you handle rejection
I was messaged by a recruiter on linkedin and had a phone call with her, and then was set up with a first round interview with one of the sales managers for the office I applied for. In this interview I found the questions asked to be very strangely worded for it to be a sales job.

The interview process was long, it consisted of a lot of phone calls with the recruiter prepping you for the interviews. The in person interview felt very calculated and fake. Although I’m sure the managers meant well you could tell they were very judgmental. I’ve also heard awful things about this company so I think it was a blessing. Good luck though!
