They introduce the company and tell you what they do. they also introduce you to some to the core member in the company and tell you what the job role is about. It was a group interview revolving scenario based questions. There was also a role playing section in the interview.

Fairly standard STAR interview as long as your prepared to have examples of customer service experience and a desire to help others talking about targets and KPIs and familiarity with DWP & UC also helps.
