The entire process took over 4 months. I was left hanging and then they followed up with an offer and I was already hired somewhere else. Very unprofessional and I tried being understanding as we started at the end of the summer and I know people take vacation. But you cannot expect someone to sit waiting for that long before you make an offer - especially without communication

Have never experienced a more smooth process from beginning to end. The Recruiter was very helpful throughout the process and even let me schedule time with him to review my presentation to give me feedback. They were true to their deadlines so I wasn't left waiting around all day for a call or email. Very happy with the experience!
