      Entretien

      The best experience I’ve had at an interview so far. The lady at the reception was lovely and while signing in I was offered a water right away. I asked her if she could take care of my backpack while I was interviewed and she even gave me Tag for it, to write down my name and number in case i forget to pick it up. I was then welcomed by a recruitment coordinator who was lovely and showed me around the office, offered a drink and explained a little bit about the building and people at indeed. I then was led to a room where I waited for the interviewers. I was interviewed by the team lead and manager of the Client Success Team who made me feel at ease about the interview and were really friendly! They introduced themselves and told me a little bit about their roles at indeed before we started with the questions. Now, this could be a coincidence but after the interview was done before heading down they checked my shoes and noticed I was wearing heels and we took the elevator instead of the stairs. I found this really considered :)

      I applied online after seeing the opening on LinkedIn and was shortly after contacted for a screen by an internal recruiter. I passed this screen and within a week or so was invited to a first interview, which was a 30-minute presentation followed by some questions with a manager in both Client Success, and the partnered Account Management team. All seemed to go well and I was told I would hear back from my recruiter. I heard nothing for a month, except the couple of times I reached out to my recruiter, who advised that they had heard nothing from the hiring managers, until over a month had lapsed. Then I received a generic rejection email with no feedback, which does not feel fair after my time and efforts.

      Sono da sostenere 4 colloqui: conoscitivo con le risorse umane, uno con il tuo manager, uno con i sales director ed uno finale con una prova pratica. il processo di selezione avendo 4 steps è un po' lungo, ma comprensibile

      The video interview was placed through the Indeed platform, which is very convenient, but the interviewer had an issue with the internet connection and I could not understand some replicas as the words were breaking. Also, it would be good to receive a reply as promised, even if it's negative. That is just totally not polite, I was expecting more from Indeed to be honest.
