I received an email from the recruiter to inform that I have been shortlisted for a phone interview. A link was provided for me to select a suitable date/time. However the recruiter failed to call me on the date/time which I have selected. I emailed the recruiter to check on the status but there was no reply. Very poor candidate experience.
