Entretien
HR scheduled telephonic interview. Some guy called up and started asking random questions. He didnt seem to have a structure in mind and was asking questions just for the sake of asking.. After the interview I followed up multiple times with the HR about feedback. But HR does not seem to have time to even acknowledge the mail. Very unprofessional.

Entretien
Intially had a call with HR talking about product, team, understanding my role etc. In 2 days, had a call from hiring manager of 8 minutes in which I had briefed my current work. After 2 weeks had face to face which had round on algorithm, HLD, management, hiring manager and one more tech discussion before talking to HR. Since then no update from HR - no response to emails or calls when tried to reach out or will say will update in next n days

Entretien
Emphasis was on the previous products, distributed computing, breadth of technology, people management skills and cultural fit. It was a long and extensive selection process over a span of week.
