For the procedure I had to go through 2 rounds of interviews. Both interviews were with a senior manager and the first one where some basic M&A interview questions. The second one was to make a 3 statement model within 2 hours.

A lot of different question such as describe possible ways to valuate a company and give me positive and negative aspects.
1 round interview of an hour with a VP about the financial statements of an anonymous firm. Also a lot of fit questions about motivation, why IB, why us, why you, strenghts & weaknesses, background, what deals have you seen of us

I was given the financial statements of a company of which I did not know what it was nor the sector. Go through the statements line by line and come to a conclusion what type of firm it was. A bit like a red flag case
