Interview with HR and Head of Compliance, nice experience, very professional, position and responsabilities were explained. The position required a lot of training and public presentation on compliance topic to the employees. A few questions were asked related to relevant experience, background, salary requested.

Entretien
I received a call from the ING recruitment consultant and the HR personnel was very quick in assessing and posting relevant questions with me. Another round of interview the hiring manager was very relevant with realistic questions asked. The Hiring manager made me very comfortable. The final round of the interview was with the director of the unit who kept the interview very short. Precise and to the point. Overall, i would comment as "well done" when it comes to the interview process that i faced with the ING Luxembourg.

Very easy and very good interview in over all. People were pleasant. Very patient and gave ample time to answer. Had 2 rounds and both the rounds were so good and proffesional.
