Via een recruiter aangedragen als kandidaat. Bij ING zelf één gesprek gehad. Ze hadden 30 kandidaten waarvan ze er 12 wilden uitnodigen. Heb helaas geen aanbod gehad. Erg stroeve mensen aan de andere kant die zelf niet zo veel te vertellen hadden maar alleen vragen stellen.

The interview process was fast and smooth sailing. The interview questions focused on my previous experience and were relevant to the role I applied for. Overall, it was a positive experience.
interview was quick and smooth. interviewer made sure that applicant is at ease and calm during the entire process. they responded to my application just hours later i submitted and they are very accommodating when it comes to setting the interview schedule

Entretien
30 min screening followed by a 30 min zoom. I applied and then within a week I had a phone screening by an off site hiring company. Then I was moved onto a first round.
