Extremely tenuous and over the top considering the quality of staff at the firm and their position in the market. HR need to tone down their process to try and attract the right candidates given the vast other opportunities out there
Interview with team and hiring manager. Process was smooth and well informed.
Feedback was quick and through. Smooth process and very responsive team, well managed and communicative during the entire time
4-stage interview process, starting with an online test assessing analytical skills and business sense. This is followed by two rounds of case-based interviews to evaluate structured thinking, problem-solving, and communication. The final stage consists of a partner interview focusing on cultural fit, leadership potential, and long-term motivation.

Hiring manager asked the HR to ask me many questions prior to the in-person interview. Not sure why he did not just ask them during the interview itself as it was just the next day.
