1 hour OA+ one-sided video interview+1 round of phone with recruiter 30 min + 1 round of video interview of trader of around 30min+superday of a few rounds (back to back)
Tough, asked me numerous questions about probability, statistics and also asked me numerous questions about options. questions ranged from numerical to also behavioural (stuff about risk). how i approached life
First some technical tests consisted of probability questions, then HR with easy probability and mostly behavioral questions. After that the first technical and finally in-house day with all rounds again: technical, trading, HR and some informal talk.
