The interviewers seemed dismissive and like they already had their mind made up based on my background and resume, which was strange because why bring me in to interview in the first place. But the questions were interesting and gave me a better idea of what it would be like to work there.

Question 1
basic probability questions, something about an order book
It was a tough market making game and a pretty easy brain teaser. The process took a while as well. I think I got nervous since it was my first interview as the difficulty was not too bad.
Have to play some reaction games, I tried for a business course, failed and then also got insta reject on actual application. Reject came in within a day. Was a bit disappointing

Entretien
Assesments first, than HR/Technical after that a superday. Assesments are a video interview, where you record a video and get to questions to answer. HR interview partially checks whether you would be a personality fit to the company but also assesses some more technical skills. Superday has a quant round, a trader round which are more technical and another HR round.
