First round was a resume check.
Second round was an online assessment test consisting of 4 different kinds of games you had to play from BrainsFirst called the Neurolympics.
Preparing these games is key. I did not progress this round. Online you can find information about these games that can be helpful.

Question 1
The BrainsFirst Neurolympics game are not average mental math questions but games that test how fast your brain processes information.
It was a tough market making game and a pretty easy brain teaser. The process took a while as well. I think I got nervous since it was my first interview as the difficulty was not too bad.
Have to play some reaction games, I tried for a business course, failed and then also got insta reject on actual application. Reject came in within a day. Was a bit disappointing

Entretien
Assesments first, than HR/Technical after that a superday. Assesments are a video interview, where you record a video and get to questions to answer. HR interview partially checks whether you would be a personality fit to the company but also assesses some more technical skills. Superday has a quant round, a trader round which are more technical and another HR round.
