After you pass a resume screen you are sent two online assessments. If you pass those, on to a HireVue. Then an HR screen. Then a technical interview via zoom with a trader in which you are asked brainteaser type questions of increasing difficulty about a given situation. Then Final round, which consists of a behavioral exam, a behavioral interview, and two technical interviews. These were conducted online due to covid, and the technical interviews largely test math skills and ability to identify patterns and trends. Overall, it seems to be an extremely culture driven place, so definitely read about the company ahead of time. In the technical interviews, it is okay if you stumble a bit, as long as you keep your cool and work with the interviewers by taking their advice/asking questions you should be fine. Overall they were very responsive and kind at each step of the process.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Lots of culture questions such as: Why IMC, Why trading, tell me about a time you did blah blah blah. As for the technicals, I can't give them away but they were comparatively not very hard for these types of internships.
Quiz with 10 questions on statistics and puzzles (dont need to get them all right), virtual interview 4-5 questions (explaining statistics concepts), recruiter call, logic puzzle with engineer, final day (3 interviews i think)

The application process exists of the personal letter and CV first. Thereafter you will have to do a reaction/thinking game at home. Then a short interview is done which requires you to solve a probabilistic math problem which is recorded and send to the recruiters. The next step is a personal interview where you can introduce yourself and will have to play a probability game which is trading related.

Was sent a math/stats test and reaction/memory game after a resume review. Next was a recorded video interview with relatively easy technical and background questions. A week later was a short phone interview with HR, after which they invited me to a live video interview with math/logic problems. The next week I was invited to do a behavioral interview with HR and two final more difficult technical interviews. I have not heard back since those interviews.
