Interview process was relatively quick and went smoothly. Interviewer was nice and kept things relaxed. There are usually two people interviewing you at the same time. The questions usually relate to previous experience in dealing with people.
Didn't actually get an interview - however they at least sent an email acknowledging my application and invited me to a meet and greet a few weeks later. Disappointing, I hoped to at least make it to the next stage.

Entretien
The interview is about 30 minutes and they ask a lot of situational questions. You interview at the store and it can be a little bit off schedule since the managers must monitor the cashier line while interviewing.

Long proccess i am going to say that first someone calls you on the phone and you have a interview then you are set up one in person. Then you will meet with the deparment manager then the main manager
