Group interview with various activities about teamwork and customer service before a one on one interview later on in the day. Enjoyable process without too much pressure and good to meet a applicants.

Really lovely and a good opportunity to get to know the company and they were interested in my own experiences. I was asked about values and to give examples of them focus on the star technique for this.
