A senior recruiter picked up my profile and we had a very pleasant 30-minute intro call. During the call the recruiter asked if I would be available for an in-person meeting with the hiring manager the next week, asked me to send my salary expectations via email and promised they'll pick up the process after the new year. My interview was 2 months ago, I sent her a follow-up email to enquire about my candidacy, but no response whatsoever. Today, I got a request to evaluate the recruitment process - something I wasn't even aware of was over. I am extremely disappointed that IKEA treats candidates this way.
