Initial phone call with the recruiter ,to assess initial fit, and gauge my interest in the position ,followed by a video call with the hiring manager focusing on assessing my skills, experience, and cultural fit.

It was a very friendly conversation, very open and forth coming with the whole process and job duties. I could connect with the team leader directly and ask my related questions before hand, which is a very nice touch for a person to decide if it is the right job for him/her or not.
