It wasn’t stressful The interviewer was very nice and polite It was respectful but the timing was not good and the store was too crowded and distracting and noisy and smelly

It was pretty chill they asked stuff like Why ikea and have a paper with all the questions written in them and note down stuff as they were asking question.

It was a Video interview at first, then an online meeting interview with the manager. Then I had a team introduction process talking about the company and the companies values to help us get an understanding of IKEA as a whole
