Applied for a Team Leader role with IKEA Tampines and was contacted about a week later by their HR Generalist and we agreed to have a call in the afternoon but she did not call as promised during the scheduled time. I then messaged her and she did not reply too. Only received a message at about 40 minutes after the promised time that she was in a meeting that overran. I mean she could have just dropped me a message earlier to let me know that she couldn't make it on time for the scheduled call right?
It was really unprofessional on her part and I don't recommend anyone applying to roles in IKEA Tampines if they are all handled like this considering this application was for a Team Leader role and their staff can already be this unprofessional with regards to an application.

Colloquio di gruppo con prova tecnica e successivamente colloquio individuale. Molto stimolante e ben strutturato. Gli esperti Ikea sono molto disponibili e gentili. Ti mettono a proprio agio e ti ascoltano con attenzione. Uno dei colloqui più belli che io abbia mai fatto.

Interview with 2 person (both shopkeepers), normally one is the line manager one is the peer. If succeed, will have grandparents interview, which is the boss of the line manager (Sales manager)

Entretien
Phone screening 30 minutes long, then interview with manager 1 hour long, then grandfather interview 1 hour long. Questions are worded weirdly but interviewers are very easy to talk to.
